The project uses Shenhua Wuhai Energy Corporation's coke oven gas to produce methanol and the air separation plant to produce porous ammonium nitrate. The design scale is: 100,000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia, 150,000 tons/year of ammonium nitrate, and 180,000 tons/year of porous ammonium nitrate. The investment scale is 779 million yuan.
