Ultra Precision Optical Research Center established

Ultra Precision Optical Research Center established Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Committee awarded the Shanghai Super Precision Optical Engineering Technology Research Center of Fudan University that passed the acceptance test. According to Prof. Xu Min, director of the Engineering Center, the Shanghai Super Precision Optical Manufacturing Engineering Technology Research Center will guide the development of the center's own science and technology, guided by the National Medium- and Long-Term Scientific and Technological Development Outline and the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Strategic Emerging Industries”. Focusing on applied basic research in precision optics engineering, optoelectronic integrated manufacturing and inspection technology, we will focus on research in leading-edge technologies, key materials, core devices, equipment integration, and featured processes to enhance our ability to independently innovate and solve high-end equipment manufacturing and other fields. The scientific issues in China have set up its own unique technology research and development and independent innovation platform, and at the same time established a research and innovation team full of research vitality, and continuously improved the engineering center's influence in this field.
