Submerged pump installation and disassembly

4. Remove the middle bracket and pull off the coupling.

2. The submerged pump is equipped with a motor and the coupling is rotated to check whether the pump shaft is concentric with the motor and whether the rotation is uneven or not, and then the operation is normal.

3. The submerged pump closes the outlet line valve and pressure gauge.

4. Start the electric motor under the liquid pump and open the outlet valve to the required position with the pressure gauge.

5. When the submerged pump is stopped normally, the outlet valve should be closed first, then the motor should be stopped and the pressure gauge should be closed.

6. The bearing compartment of the submerged pump should ensure sufficient grease, and the temperature rise of the bearing must not exceed 70°C.
