For urban security vehicles, the environmental protection department will urge the units to be scrapped within a time limit. Those who fail to retire after the deadline will be held accountable.
On August 31, the Yellow Label Vehicle Subsidy Subsidy Receiving Window in the Jinnanlong Market in Chengnan was officially closed. The yellow label car that has been registered and phased out this month will not be eligible for subsidies.
