5. Qualified bidders’ qualification conditions:

5.1 Registration within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the ability to independently assume civil liability;

5.2 has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

5.3 Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

5.4 Have a good record of paying taxes and paying social security funds according to law;

5.5 In the three years prior to participating in government bidding activities, there were no major violation records in business activities;

5.6 The goods and services offered by the Bidder shall be within its business scope;
