The first underground safety valve testing laboratory passed the certification review
Recently, Shengli Oilfield Oil Production Technology Research Institute underground valve safety testing laboratory passed the American Petroleum Institute (api) on-site auditor api-14a certificate review. This is the first in our country. API standards is an internationally recognized industry standard. According to international statistics, except for Russia, 80% of the world's drilling equipment is purchased from the United States, making the universality of api almost universal in all countries in the world. Shengli Oilfield underground safety valve testing laboratory since 2006 to obtain the international industry standard qualification. According to China's offshore oil well control requirements, there are self-spraying, spillover ability of oil and gas production wells should be installed downhole packer to close the tubing and casing annulus. At locations 30 meters below sea level or below, all wells should be fitted with a safety valve downhole. During the two-day review, the auditors strictly reviewed the laboratory organization, quality management system, testing equipment capability and on-site experimental process control respectively.
